Al descargar o usar ENKI HUB (en adelante, «la aplicación») aceptas estos términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, por favor no la uses.
ENKI HUB es un organizador de accesos directos: te permite guardar enlaces a páginas y herramientas web y abrirlos con un toque desde un solo lugar. Los enlaces que agregas se guardan en tu dispositivo. La aplicación no aloja ni administra los sitios a los que apuntan esos enlaces.
Tú decides qué enlaces agregar y eres responsable de ellos. Al usar la aplicación te comprometes a no guardar ni abrir enlaces con fines ilícitos, ni a contenido que infrinja la ley o los derechos de terceros. La aplicación solo organiza y abre lo que tú capturas: no verifica, filtra ni garantiza el contenido de los sitios a los que apunta.
Los enlaces, tu PIN y tus preferencias se guardan únicamente en tu teléfono. No tenemos servidores ni copia de tu información. Por eso, si desinstalas la aplicación, borras sus datos o pierdes el teléfono, esa información puede perderse de forma irrecuperable y no podremos recuperarla, porque no tenemos copia de ella.
ENKI HUB es gratuita. La aplicación puede incluir o sugerir enlaces propios hacia los productos y servicios de ENKI a modo de recomendación. Ese contenido es nuestro, no de una red publicitaria externa, y puedes eliminarlo como cualquier otro acceso directo.
El PIN de 4 dígitos es un candado de conveniencia para dificultar que otra persona vea tus enlaces si toma tu teléfono. No es un sistema de cifrado ni una garantía de seguridad absoluta. No lo uses como única protección de información crítica.
La aplicación funciona sin conexión para su función principal de organizar tus accesos directos; solo necesita internet para abrir los enlaces en tu navegador. Podemos actualizar, modificar o descontinuar funciones de la aplicación en el futuro.
La aplicación se ofrece «tal cual». Hasta donde la ley lo permita, no seremos responsables por daños indirectos, pérdida de información guardada en tu dispositivo, ni por consecuencias derivadas del contenido o del comportamiento de los sitios de terceros que abras a través de la aplicación.
Nada en estos términos limita derechos que la ley te reconozca y que no puedan renunciarse, incluidos los derechos del consumidor.
La aplicación, su código, su nombre «ENKI HUB», su logotipo y su diseño son propiedad de ENKI. Se te concede una licencia personal, limitada, revocable y no transferible para usarla. No puedes copiarla, descompilarla, revenderla ni redistribuirla.
Puedes dejar de usar la aplicación cuando quieras desinstalándola. Podemos descontinuar la aplicación o dejar de darle soporte en el futuro, avisando cuando sea razonable.
Si cambian, actualizaremos la fecha del encabezado y publicaremos la nueva versión en esta misma dirección. Seguir usando la aplicación después de un cambio significa que lo aceptas.
Estos términos se rigen por las leyes de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos. Para cualquier controversia, las partes se someten a los tribunales competentes de dicho país, sin perjuicio de los derechos que correspondan al consumidor en su lugar de residencia.

By downloading or using ENKI HUB (the "app") you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
ENKI HUB is a shortcut organizer: it lets you save links to web pages and tools and open them with a tap from a single place. The links you add are stored on your device. The app does not host or manage the sites those links point to.
You decide which links to add and you are responsible for them. By using the app you agree not to save or open links for unlawful purposes, or to content that infringes the law or the rights of others. The app only organizes and opens what you enter: it does not verify, filter or guarantee the content of the sites it points to.
Your links, your PIN and your preferences are stored only on your phone. We have no servers and no copy of your information. Therefore, if you uninstall the app, clear its data or lose your phone, that information may be lost irrecoverably and we will not be able to recover it, because we hold no copy of it.
ENKI HUB is free. The app may include or suggest links of our own to ENKI's products and services as a recommendation. That content is ours, not from an external ad network, and you can delete it like any other shortcut.
The 4-digit PIN is a convenience lock to make it harder for someone else to see your links if they pick up your phone. It is not an encryption system nor a guarantee of absolute security. Do not use it as the sole protection for critical information.
The app works offline for its core function of organizing your shortcuts; it only needs the internet to open links in your browser. We may update, modify or discontinue features of the app in the future.
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of information stored on your device, or consequences arising from the content or behaviour of the third-party sites you open through the app.
Nothing in these terms limits rights granted to you by law that cannot be waived, including consumer rights.
The app, its code, its name "ENKI HUB", its logo and its design are the property of ENKI. You are granted a personal, limited, revocable and non-transferable licence to use it. You may not copy, decompile, resell or redistribute it.
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may discontinue the app or stop supporting it in the future, giving notice where reasonable.
If they change, we will update the date in the header and publish the new version at this same address. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of that country, without prejudice to consumer rights in your place of residence.
